HOW IT WORKS

When you contact the Agency, you will have the opportunity to provide information about your specific requirements.  The Agency will seek a tutor that will work with you in your home (or alternate location) at a time that suits you.  The work that the tutor undertakes with the student will be determined by information given to the tutor and by the tutor's own assesment of the students needs by observation of the student's understanding and behaviours in the tutoring session.  The tutor will give structured feedback on each session, report on content, progress and agreed goals.

Frequency & Duration of Tutoring

Most commonly tutoring sessions are scheduled for one hour a week.   Depending on the age of the student and their specific needs the duration and frequency of the session can be adjusted.

  Vouchers

The Agency issues vouchers -  one voucher generally being equivalent to one tutoring session.  A voucher is used to pay the tutor at the completion of the tutoring session.

You pay for the tutoring time only.  There are no booking or administration fees or minimum to buy.  Vouchers are valid for 12 full calendar months following the date of issue and can be used for any service the Agency offers.
